Ms. Juskiewicz-Physical Education

Ms. Juskiewicz teaches physical education. She received her degree in parks and recreation and K-8 physical education from State University of New York at Cortland and her teaching certification from the University of Central Florida. She is very excited about teaching at St. Pat's and getting kids excited about fitness for life. Her experience includes five years teaching physical education for grades pre-K through eighth at Holy Redeemer Catholic School and serving as the middle school athletic director there, plus one year teaching kindergarten PE at Ankeny schools. Ms. Juskiewicz is married to TJ and they have 2 children. Originally from New York, she moved to Ankeny in 2003. She loves to work out, run marathons, bike and swim. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her family.
The last few months have been filled with lots of activities some of which included: Cooperative Games, Tossing and Catching, Soccer, Norwegian Softball, Fitness Testing, Frisbee, Tag Games, and even some silly but fun games like our shopping cart relays and wacky Halloween stations/relays. We took advantage of the beautiful Fall weather by being outside whenever possible. Our St.Pat's kids know that by eating right, getting plenty of rest, and excercising they can lead a happy and healthy lifestyle. :-) We are now into basketball, volleyball and jumproping skills. St.Pat's kids are the BEST!!!
