About Mrs. Krohn - I am originally from Hampstead, Maryland.  As a student I attended Sacred Heart Middle School, Mercy High School, and graduated college from the University of Mary Washington.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in English and a license in Secondary Education in 2005.  I moved to Iowa after graduating college to be closer to my then fiance, now husband. St. Patrick's was my first teaching position and I have taught here for the past seven years.  In 2009, my husband and I welcomed our first child, George.  In my spare time, I am kept busy by my son and by attending many sporting events coached by my husband.  In the quiet evenings I can be found curled up reading a good book.  My family and I also enjoy traveling to Maryland on a regular basis.
