Ms. Hoeger originally hails from Dyersville, Iowa, and enjoys getting back there to spend time with her parents and four sisters. Her family owns and operates a dairy farm.

After going through the Catholic school system, Ms. Hoeger attended the University of Northern Iowa. She graduated in December of 2006 with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education. She then subbed in Ames for about a year.

Ms. Hoeger currently lives in West Des Moines. In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies, bike riding, cooking, and being with family and friends. She feels honored and blessed to be an educator at Saint Patrick School!
